Who attends the Welcome Show?
Our doors are open to qualified members of the hospitality industry. Products, services, and ideas presented at the Show will target the restaurant, lodging, bar, and tourism industries. While much of our advertising is national, our targeted marketing reach includes the Carolinas, and parts of Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia, and north Florida.
What are some of the show highlights?
We highly recommend participation in the education sessions. You are invited to join discussions on hot-hospitality topics, as well as listen to the latest problem-solving solutions from our high-profile speakers. On Thursday Night, we will be having a dinner cruise on the Henrietta. This will be a great opportunity to network while enjoying a nice dinner along the historic Cape Fear River. What are the show hours?
The exhibit hall will be open from 10am-5pm on Thursday, September 15, and 10am-3pm on Friday, September 16. Check the schedule for more information regarding break-out sessions and special events.
How do I book exhibit space at the Welcome Show?
There are three easy ways to sign up!

What is the price to exhibit at the Show?
A 10 x 10 booth is only $1,350. considerably less than other hospitality tradeshows and you’re going to love the Welcome Show! Our Red Carpet Aisle (SOLD OUT for 2011) and corners are slightly more. Discounts apply for multiple booths and for NCRLA members.
Can you give me directions to the Wilmington Convention Center?

The Wilmington Convention Center is located just a mile North of Historic Downtown Wilmington, overlooking the Cape Fear River. If you are driving from Raleigh, Follow I-40 and look for signs directing you to Downtown Wilmington. Merge onto 3rd St. and turn right on to Nutt Street. The Wilmington Convention Center has two multi-story parking decks. Click here for a map.

Where do I find the request form for sample food and beverage distribution?
If you wish to distribute food or beverage samples at Welcome Show you must fill out the following forms, Request for Food Sampling (this should be faxed directly to the Wilmington Convention Center at 910-251-5102) and Health Dept Application For Temporary Food Establishment (this should be sent directly to the Health Department).

Where can I view the booth service kit from Fern Expos?

Are there any lead retrieval equipment or services available?
Yes, Welcome Show has partnered with industry leader Bartizan to provide lead retrieval equipment and services at the show. Click here to view additional information about Bartizan Lead Retrieval.
What are the set up times for exhibitors?
The exhibit hall is open for exhibitor set-up on Wednesday, September 14, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Last minute booth preparations can be made Thursday, September 15, from 7 AM to 9:30 AM. All booths must be ready to go by 9:30 AM on September 15!
Are there show discounts in place for area hotel accommodations?
Yes! Welcome Show has partnered with several hotels in the Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach area. Go to the accommodations page to find out more information on the hotels and take advantage of the special prices.
