Exhibitor Checklist
The Welcome Show 2011 is coming soon and we can’t wait to see you there!
Here is a checklist of critical steps for all exhibitors.
1. Register booth workers
Click here to register booth workers for booth badges and events through your existing registration. Your existing registration confirmation number is. Alternatively, your employees may register themselves by clicking here and selecting “General Attendee” and then choosing “Exhibiting Company Employee” from the industry selection dropdown in the additional information section.
2. Register for Keynote Breakfast
Our keynote speaker, TripAdvisor’s Brian Payea, has a great message for anyone concerned about their online presence. Sit at the table with attendees and enjoy a great breakfast. Click here to register. Space is limited!
3. Register for Welcome Aboard! Dinner Cruise
The 300-seat dinner cruise on the Cape Fear River is a great way to socialize with attendees. Click here to register. Space is limited!
4. Contact Fern Expo Services for any booth needs
The Welcome Show decorator is Fern Expo Services. Click here for info.
5. Order optional Lead Retrieval Equipment
This is done directly through Bartizan. Click here for order form.
6. Book hotel accommodations
We’ve got great negotiated rates for Welcome Show participants. Click here for a list.
7. Submit forms for any food sampling
If you wish to distribute food or beverage samples at Welcome Show you must submit the following forms by August 31: Request for Food Sampling (this form should be faxed to the Convention Center at 910-251-5102) and Health Dept Application (this form should be sent directly to the Health Department).
8. Order electricity/utilities if needed
The convention center handles this directly. Click here for info. Deadline is Aug. 31.
9. Advertise in Welcome Show Daily News.
Welcome Show Daily News is Welcome Show’s official magazine that will be distributed at the show. It will be delivered to the hotel rooms of all Welcome Show attendees and exhibitors. 10. Tell your colleagues, customers, and prospects to register! It’s easy!
