Brian Payea, TripAdvisor Head of Industry Relations, will be the Keynote Speaker at the Welcome Show. Brian will share insights in the national trends of online reputation tools and offer guidance in becoming a leader online.

Brian Payea leads the Trade Relations practice at TripAdvisor. He focuses on fostering communications and strengthening the ties between TripAdvisor and the hospitality community. His department builds tools for hoteliers, restaurateurs, and other hospitality professionals to take advantage of the wealth of traveler-contributed information on TripAdvisor and other social media.

Prior to joining TripAdvisor in 2006, Brian led public relations, marketing, government relations and investor relations at internet companies including Zoom Information and Lycos.

According to ComScore, TripAdvisor’s monthly worldwide traffic exceeds Expedia, Yahoo! Travel, and all other websites. They have more than 40 million unique monthly visitors, 20 million members, and more than 45 million reviews and opinions.

The Welcome Address greets hospitality professionals, industry leaders, government officials, and concerned citizens on Friday, September 16, 2011, at 8:00 AM. Tickets are available for $35, and tables of ten for $350.
